A short project brief: the process slowing your team down, what it runs on, and what the system must do. No sales team, no obligation.
You see your system before you commit
I build a clickable demo of your system from your brief. Then I walk you through it on a 30-minute call, with the timeline and the price, before you spend anything.
I build it around your business
I build the application and its AI agents against your real workflows and test everything before it touches live data. A custom build runs to a scoped timeline in weeks, agreed before anything starts.
You see it first, then pay as it is built
I walk you and your team through what runs, when, and what to expect. No black boxes. The brief, the clickable demo and the 30-minute call are free, before any commitment. Then you pay in four milestones, the last one a month after go-live.
You pay by milestone, and you keep the code
Projects up to S$15,000 are paid 30/30/30/10 at contract signature, design sign-off, build and testing complete, and one month after go-live. Larger projects are paid 20/30/35/15. Every build gets the support it needs through implementation and for the first month after go-live, and for 12 months from your final payment I fix any defect in what I built for free. The source code is handed over with the final payment; after that first month, support is S$120 an hour. Extra hours you ask for while the project is still running are charged at a discounted rate.
