Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using fiveagents.io (the "Website") or engaging our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Services
fiveagents.io provides AI agent setup, configuration, and maintenance services for businesses. This includes designing, building, testing, and deploying Claude Code AI agents that connect to your existing tools (Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, CRMs, etc.) via MCP integrations and APIs. We also offer ongoing maintenance plans. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed upon during the scoping phase and confirmed in a proposal or statement of work before any paid engagement begins.
3. Client Dashboard
Clients may receive access to a dashboard to view agent runs, status, and engagement details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments
All fees are as quoted in your proposal or statement of work. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
No refunds on completed work
Fees for services that have been rendered or completed are non-refundable. This includes agent design, configuration, testing, and any third-party costs incurred (LLM usage, API calls) during the engagement.
5. Client Responsibilities
- ✓Provide accurate and complete information about your workflows, tools, and requirements during discovery and scoping
- ✓Grant necessary access to third-party services (Notion, Gmail, Slack, etc.) required for agent setup and operation
- ✓Review and approve proposals before work begins
- ✓Respond to requests for input or approval within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays
- ✓Revoke or rotate access credentials after an engagement concludes, as recommended
6. Client Data & Confidentiality
We treat all Client Data (information you provide or grant us access to during an engagement) as confidential. We access Client Data solely to deliver the agreed services. We do not use Client Data for marketing, analytics, or any purpose outside the scope of your engagement. For details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Our IP
The fiveagents.io website, branding, dashboard, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of Five Bucks Ventures Pte Ltd.
Your deliverables
Agent configurations, prompts, and workflows built specifically for your engagement are yours upon full payment. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and operate them within your organisation.
Third-party tools
Your use of third-party platforms (Anthropic Claude, Notion, Google, Slack, etc.) is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services.
8. Prohibited Activities
When using the Website or Services, you agree not to:
- ✓Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- ✓Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, dashboard, or other users' accounts
- ✓Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our proprietary tools
- ✓Resell, redistribute, or white-label our Services without written consent
- ✓Submit false or misleading information
- ✓Interfere with the operation of the Website or Services
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. AI agents depend on third-party platforms (Anthropic, Google, Notion, Slack, etc.) and their availability, API stability, and pricing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of agents. Results may vary based on your data, workflows, and the behaviour of underlying AI models.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Bucks Ventures Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Five Bucks Ventures Pte Ltd, its officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate dashboard access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed. Sections on IP, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any proposal or statement of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Five Bucks Ventures Pte Ltd regarding the Services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
