A platform build is a project rather than a package — it runs to a scoped timeline in weeks, because we're building the application and database underneath the agents, not only the agents. Either way you approve every action before it touches anything real, and the per-tier timeline is on the pricing table.

Agent packages are $1,500 to $3,500 one-time, and most clients add a support plan from $500/month to keep things running. Business Operations Platform and Enterprise Platform are scoped and quoted, because the price depends on how many features, integrations and data sources the build actually needs — a number we'd be inventing before we've seen your setup. You get the full scope and a fixed figure in writing before anything starts.

What's the difference between the agent packages and a platform build?

An agent package puts Claude agents to work on top of the systems you already run — your CRM, your inbox, your spreadsheets stay where they are. A platform build replaces the systems themselves: a custom web application and database that becomes the source of truth, with agents and dashboards on top. If your problem is "this task eats hours every week", that's a package. If it's "our data lives in four places and month-end is rebuilt by hand", that's a platform.

Do I need a monthly plan after launch?

It isn't compulsory, but nearly everyone takes one — an automation wired into live systems needs somebody watching it when an API changes or a workflow drifts. Plans start at $500/month and scale with how much the system is doing and how fast you need incidents handled. You can start on the smallest one and move up later.
