How the split is set
Projects up to S$15,000 are paid 30% at signature, 30% at design sign-off, 30% at build and testing, and 10% one month after go-live. Larger projects, above S$15,000, are paid 20%, 30%, 35% and 15%.Running costs
Your database and AI usage run on accounts you own, paid to the providers at cost with no markup from us. We host the application until your final payment. The project price covers the build.Support
Defects in what we built are fixed free for 12 months from your final payment, on every project. Every build includes the support it needs through implementation and for the first month after go-live, whatever the project costs. After that first month, support is S$120 an hour. Extra hours you ask for while your project is still running are charged at a discounted rate.
