NPC Office files other people’s paperwork for a living and ran its own in pieces. Job applications were read by hand, a signed contract was retyped into a staff list and a payroll sheet, and offer letters, invoices and bank statements were three records that nothing joined. NPC is also two companies, one selling virtual offices and one selling legal services, and their books cannot be mixed.

The system fiveagents.io built has five modules and five roles. Every job application is read against keywords the hiring manager approved, and a person confirms each cut. A signed employment contract opens the staff record and the payroll line. An offer letter is built from a catalogue, approved by the owner, and signed by the client in the browser. The invoice is raised from that letter, and the payment is matched from the bank statement. The first payment opens the job.

Every step that matters waits for a person. Nobody is rejected, billed or paid by a machine: only an exact payment match applies itself, a month closes on two signatures, and the system reads the bank without any way to move money. Adana Capital’s deal sourcing was manual: searches were run and exported by hand, owner and broker contacts were looked up one at a time, and lists were assembled by hand before any outreach. It worked, but it was slow, and good opportunities could slip through the cracks.

The operator runs private jet charter and aircraft management under strict EU regulation but had no in-house marketing team to maintain a consistent, professional online presence. Adopting any new tool first meant clearing strict data-residency, security, and compliance requirements.

The engagement also included a complete data-privacy and regulatory package: documented data residency, a NIS2 low-risk-supplier security posture, and a signed German data-protection agreement. That cleared the bar for a regulated aviation business. The agents went live within 10 days.

The group operates across air-cargo charter brokerage, deepwater port services, heavy-equipment distribution, oilfield waste management, and logistics infrastructure, employing roughly 250 people in total. Each company had a website and an established LinkedIn page, but posting was infrequent, and no company had a dedicated marketing team.
